Chinese Steam Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Thighs with skin (no bone)Soy sauceOyster sauceSesame oilCorn starchShitake mushroomsWater
Directions
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces
Mix all ingredients and put in a bowl that can be steamed.
Put water into wok with a metal rack to lift bowl from water.
Steam for about 15 minutes and then stir bottom pieces to the top.
Let it continue to steam for another 10 minutes and then stir again. Repeat one more time until meat is done.
