Ingredients
1 tbsp Coconut Oil2 tbsp Almond Meal1 tbsp Cocoa (baking)1 tbsp Agave Nectar1 Egg whiteSemi-sweet morsels (if desired!)
Directions
Melt Coconut oil in mug of choice. Stir in cocoa, almond meal, agave, and egg white (and semi-sweet morsels, if using). Stir well. Microwave for about a minute and a half (until you see the cake expanding at the top of the mug). Dig in!

Serving Size: Single-serving is one mug!

    It was gummy and bland. I made it for my mom and myself, and neither of us could finish our cake. I thought with it having a 2:1 ratio of meal to coco, plus I added chocolate chips, it would be plenty chocolaty! I was wrong. Usually I don't review recipes, but this one was bad. - 4/12/16
