DRY INGREDIENTSOats, 3 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp Kellogg All-Bran Buds Cereal, .5 cup (1 serving) Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Almonds, 1 cup, slivered Liquid IngredientsMrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup, 0.33up Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Almond Extract, 1 tsp3 tbls H2OAdd Last 15 MINUTESCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup
mix dry ingredients
mix liquid ingredients together then pour on dry mix.
Bake four 45 minutes stirring every 15 min. Add Cranberries during the last 15 minutes. ( earlier than this they will be like sharp glass)
Serving Size: 24 .25 cup or 4 tablespoon serving size.
