Crock Pot Easy Vegetable-"Beef" Soup

1lb ground turkey3 beef bouillon cubes (disolve in 1 2/3 cups of water)1 1/4 cups of water1 (14.5 ounce) can chopped tomatos1 (14 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup1 tablespoon dried onion flakes1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 small fresh onion diced1 teaspoon fresh garlic
1. Lightly spray a large skillet non-stick with cooking spray (canola oil or substitute) and saute fresh onion and fresh garlic until onions are tender. Add ground turky and cook completely. Drain off fat and rinse.
2. Transfer meat to a 3.5 - 4-quart slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to the cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low-heat for 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat for 3.5 to 4 hours.
