Beefless and Broccoli

2 Tblsp sesame oil1 large onion, cut in half lengthwise, then sliced lengthwise6 cloves garlic, chopped1 9-oz package of Gardein Beefless Tips, cut into thick slices1 16-oz package of frozen broccoli florets (or fresh broccoli)2 Tbsp tahini3 Tbsp tamari (soy sauce)2 tsp ground ginger (or grated fresh ginger)Sea salt and white pepper, to taste
Fry onion and garlic in sesame oil until garlic starts to brown. Add the broccoli and cook over medium/low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the beefless tips, tamari, tahini, ginger and spices. Stir well. Add a few tablespoons of water or veggie broth if it's too thick. Cook until heated thoroughly. Serve over brown rice.
