Shake and Bake Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup of grillmates chicken rub8 chicken legs with skin1/2 cup of milk
Directions
Mix flour and seasoning in a paper or plastic bag. Dredge the chicken in the milk, let excess drip off, drop in the bag and shake. I put about 4 pieces in the bag at a time.
