Simple banana oatmeal cookie

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas2 cups rolled oats1 cup dates, pitted and chopped1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 70 carob chipsPreheat oven to 350 FIn a food processor blend bananas until smooth. Add rolled oats and buzz a few times until oats are incorporated. Add chopped dates buzz a few times. Add vanilla and walnuts Again buzz a few times. Mixture should be very chunky but spoonable. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. (16 makes a medium sized cookie). Flatten with the back of a spoon and top with 4 or 5 carob chips.Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a light brown. Store in freezer
