whole wheat flour 3 cupsoatmeal large flake natural 1 cupkellogg's bran buds cereal 1 cupbrown sugar 1 cupbaking powder 2.5 teaspoonsbaking soda 1.5 teaspoonseggs fresh large 3milk not fat skim 1.5 cupslemon juice 1 lemon yield plus grated lemon rindblueberries 1 cup fresh or frozencranberries 1 cup whole fresh or frozenapples 1 medium cut uppumpkin 2 cups fresh or frozen no salt addedcanola oil 1/3 cupwalnuts 1 cup choppedflax seed ground 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cupcinnamon ground 1.5 teaspoonsnutmeg ground 1.5 teasoonscloves ground 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract 1 tablespoon
Directions
mix all wet ingredients together then add to the bowel of dry ingredients. Placing muffin batter into silicone muffin liners makes the job even easier.
