1 box Barilla lasagna uncooked2 eggs1 container ricotta cheese (15 oz)4 cups shredded mozzarella½ cup grated parmesan cheese1 lb ground turkey (cooked with Italian herbs)2 jars marinara sauce (Ragu?)• Preheat oven to 375F• Spray baking pan (9 x 13” deep lasagna dish)• In medium bowl beat eggs, then stir in ricotta, 2 cups of mozzarella and the parmesanLayering :• Spoon half jar of ragu on bottom of pan• Layer with 4 sheets of lasagna, half ricotta mix and ½ browned meat and remaining sauce from first jar• Add 1 cup mozzarella• Layer 4 sheets, remaining ricotta mix and browned meat, and half second jar of sauce• Top with 4 sheets of lasagna, remaining sauce and 1 cup of mozzarella• Bake for 50 – 60 mins• Uncover and cook 5 mins more until cheese is melted• Let stand 15 mins before serving
