Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) *Melon, Piel de Sapo, 1 cup Spinach, fresh, 2 cup *Green Defense Super Green Foods Powder (by Jarrow), 6 gram(s) *Lecithin Granules NOW, 2 tbsp Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Directions
Start with some water in the blender and blend the spinach first. Add the other ingredients and blend until completely smooth.

Serving Size: Makes a lot of smoothie, I drank 3/4 of it as a night snack and had the rest for breakfast.
