Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown rice1 pound ground beef or ground venison½ cup chopped green bell pepper½ cup chopped red bell pepper1 cup finely diced onion3 cloves garlic, chopped2 cans (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes1 ¾ cups tomato sauce2 cups chicken broth½ tsp dried marjoramSalt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
1) Brown ground beef or ground venison with peppers, onions, and garlic.
2) Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, marjoram, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
3) Add cooked brown rice to soup and mix in.
