Almond Avocado Banana Smoothie

2 medium Bananas1/4 cup fresh or frozen Pineapple1 medium Hass Avocado Hass3 pitted Dates1/2 cup Almonds, then grind1/4 cup Wheat bran
Put all the fruit in your blender (I use a ninja).
Be sure to remove the pits of the dates.
Measure out .5 cups of almonds and then grind them.
Add .25 cups of wheat bran for extra fiber!
Add some pure, soft water (reverse osmosis).
Blend until smooth.
Serving Size: 1 Large smoothie (about 3 cups) or 2 small smoothies
