Raisins, .5 cup, packed*Hempseed 6TbspAlmonds, 2 cup, sproutedMedjool dates, 3 date, pittedWalnuts, 2 cup, sproutedCinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (optional)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (optional)
Soak nuts overnight or 8 hrs. Chop dates in food processor. Drain nuts. Pulse in food processor seperately. Stir in raisins, hempseed. Add cinnamon and/or nutmeg to taste. Spread on dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at 115 degrees 16 hours. Can be dried for less time but that means more moisture and shorter storage time.
