Ingredients
1 pound leand ground beef or seasoned italian sausage1 large head of cabbage1 tablespoon each of salt, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauceaprox. 6 cups of long grain brown rice4 cups fresh or canned mushrooms (optional)
Directions
Prepare and cut ingredients, cook together in large pot, season to taste.
