Lose the Booty Fruity Smoothy w/ Kiwis

1 Cup Oatmeal and flax seed or almonds, finely ground1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt40-44 oz. Ice, crushed1 Bananas1 Cup Strawberries1 Cup Blueberries1 Cup Red, Seedless Grapes8 0z Pineapple, crushed or sliced in can1 Orange2 Kiwis, peeled
1. Rinse fruit (I use a 1/3 vinegar to water mixture to clean away any pesticides or unwanted particles) for about 2-5 minutes.
2. Grind the grains (oatmeal, flax seed, nuts, etc.) into a fine mist. I use about a cup of mixed grains I grind myself. Set aside.
3. Crush about 40-44 oz. of ice. Set aside in a large bowl.
4. Peel, slice, remove seeds from fruit as needed.
5. Blend fruit into a smooth mixture.
6. Add about 1 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt. Blend.
7. Add the grains and ice back in to taste.
8. Enjoy. This makes a big batch, but it's gone before you know it!
Serving Size: Makes 8.5 - 8 ounce servings.
