Banana, Cranberry, and Walnut Bread

1/2 cup unsalted butter3/4 cup sugar2 large eggs1 tsp milk2+1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda3 bananas, peeled and mashed1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1. Preheat oven to 325*F. Grease bread pan.
2. Beat the butter and sugar together in a large bowl until pale and creamy. Add beaten eggs and milk, and mix well.
3. Stir in the flour, slat, baking soda, followed by the bananas, cranberries, and walnuts.
4.Pour batter into bread pan. Bake in the center of the oven for 50 mins. The loaf is cooked when a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the pan for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
