Sabrina's 8 Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 can Bush's Best Light Red Kidney Beans (Drained)1 can Bush’s, Black Beans (Drained)1 can Bush's Great Northern Beans (Drained)1 can Bush's Navy Beans, (Drained)1 can Bush's Beans, Pinto beans (Drained)2 Chicken Boneless Breasts1 carton (4 cups) of Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1 can Green Chili Peppers2 cups Crushed Tomatoes1.5 tbsp Chili powder 1.5 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Pepper, black3 Garlic Cloves- minced1 large Onion, raw
Directions
In a large pot combine all the drained beans, crushed tomatos and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and then continue to simmer.

In a frying pan over medium-high heat, saute
garlic, onions and green chilis. Add chopped chicken, seasoning with chili powder, salt, cumin, black pepper. Cook meat thoroughly.

Add chicken mixture to pot and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until the flavors come together and the chili has a thick consistency. Serve hot.
