Gourmet Bean Blend Chili

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil2 c chopped onion2 med red bell peppers, diced6 garlic cloves2 tbsp chili powder2 tsp dried oregano1 1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp cayenne pepper6 c cooked beans (2 3/4 c. dry)1 c reserve liquid from cooking1 16oz can tomato sauce
Directions
Heat oil and saute first 3. Add spices - 2 minutes. Mix in beans and 1/2 c reserve liquid and tomato sauce. Boil, stir, reduce heat and simmer until thickened about 20-30 minutes. Season according to taste. Garnish as desired.
