Easy Chewy/Crispy Tofu

Ingredients
Tofu, firm, 1 blockOlive Oil, 1 TSaltPepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450.

Slice the tofu block through the middle, so there are two skinnier halves. Then slice those into about 12 equally-sized pieces?

Toss the tofu with the Olive Oil in a bowl (use your hands to avoid breaking the tofu).

Arrange on a cookie sheet so that the pieces are not touching one another.

Roast for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the pieces are well-browned and edges are crisping.
