Chocolate Macadamia Decadence

Ingredients
3 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped1 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped¾ cup macadamia nuts, toasted1/3 cup almond meal1/3 cup unsalted butter, room temp2/3 cup sugar1 egg½ cup raspberry or strawberry yogurt2 Tb raspberry or strawberry jam½ tbsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a 9” round pan.
Stir chopped chocolates in top of double boiler over simmering water until melted and smooth. Cool slightly.
Process macadamia nuts and almond meal in processor or blender until nuts are finely ground.
Transfer nut mixture to small bowl.
Add butter and sugar to processor (no need to clean) and blend using on/off turns until mixture is smooth.
Add egg, yogurt, jam and vanilla, process until smooth.
Add melted chocolate and process, add nuts and mix until just combined.
Bake 40 minutes, or until tests done.
Cool cake in pan on rack 30 minutes. Invert cake onto rack and cool completely.
