Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
1 jar Marinara Sauce1 tsp Tony Chachere's lite creole seasoning1 pound shrimp (41-50 count) peeled & deveined1 can petite diced tomotoes1 cup diced onion1/2 cup chopped celey1/2 cup green pepper, chopped2 Tbsp garlic, minced2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp sugar1 tsp Louisianna Hot sauce2 tsp Chili powderSalt to taste
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat; add oil Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds Add onions, celery and green pepper and saute 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add marinara sauce, creole seasoning, tomatoes, sugar, salt, hot sauce and chili powder. Taste for seasoning. Add shrimp and simmer 5 to 8 minutes just until shrimp are done. Don't over cook the shrimp.
