Mustard Glazed Turkey Apple Loaf

Ingredients
1lb 99% fat free ground turkey1 1/4 C Gluten-free bread crumbs1 1/2 C Apples, chopped1 small Onion, diced2 Celery stalks, diced1 tbsp Thyme1 tbsp Sage2 tbsp Parsley2 Eggs1 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper4 tsps Djion mustard4 tbsp Cider vinegar4 tbsp agave or maple syrup
Directions
Saute onion and celery with thyme and sage. Combine apple, turkey,bread crumbs, and parsley. Combine cooled onion/celery mix to turkey mix and add in beaten egg, 1 tbsp of mustard, salt and pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray and spoon into loaf pan. Combine cider vinegar, 1 tbsp mustard, and maple syrup and baste loaf. Cook for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
