Fajita Omelette

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. canola oil1/2 cup diced green pepper and onion6 large eggs1 cup 2% milk1 package Fajita Mix1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Prehead oil in skillet to medium heat, add peppers and onion, saute until tender. In amedium mixing bowl whisk eggs, milk and fajita mix. Pour over peppers & onion and cook until done. Top with shredded cheese.

Cool and divide into 6 equal servings.
