homemade chili

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 tbsp butter2 tbsp evoo1 tbsp chili powder1/4 tsp cuminsalt to tastepepper to taste2 cloves minced garlic6 cups water1 lb dry pintos3 tbsp flour1 canned diced tomatoes1 can rotel
Directions
1. brown hamburger meat
2. put butter and olive oil in a small skillet
3. add flour, chili powder, cumin and garlic
4. cook on medium while stirring until you have a chili gravy (let flour brown and spices cook)
5. Add all ingredients in the crock pot and cook overnight on low.
