Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 can (15oz) black beans1 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp ground cumin2 drops hot pepper sauce3/4 C minced onion2 cloves garlic, minced1 can (4oz) diced green chili drained
Directions
Drain beans, reserving 2 T liquid. Combine beans, bean liquid, and the next 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Saute onions & garlic. Cover until soft. Uncover until slightly brown. Add green chili & cook 3 minutes more. Add to bean mixture & still well.

Serve hot or cold.

Serve with:
Celery
Cucumbers
Red/Green peppers
