2 cups Hodgson Mill Insta-Bake Whole Wheat Baking Mix1/2 cup Egg Beaters1 cup Pumpkin Puree1 1/4 cup Skim Milk2 Tbs Olive Oil1 Tbs Splenda Sugar Blend1 Tbs Vanilla Extract1 Tbs Pumpkin Spice
Directions
Spoon 1/4 cup batter portions on your favorite griddle. Check often to turn. Batter is thick and doesn't "bubble" on top like regular pancakes.
