Vegetable and turkey soup

Ingredients
Four large carrots, chopped1/2 large onion, minced5 celeri sticks, chopped1 large potato, chopped1 sweet potato, chopped1 can kidney beans1 can diced tomatoes, 16oz.1 tbsp EVOO1 lbs ground turkey3 cube chicken broth4 cups waterPaprika and pepper to taste.
Directions
In a big pot, heat 1/2 the oil and add onions.

Add all vegetables, tomatoes and water.

Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium.

Add all spices and beef bouillon.

Make turkey into mini meatballs

In a large pan, heat other half of oil.

Brown meatballs and add to soup.

Late boil for about 45 minutes or until veggies tender!
