Jhinga(shrimp) fry Chipotle style

Ingredients
shrimp medium 20 or large 15chipotle peppers - 2 smallDried red chilli (mild) - 1 mediumcoriander seeds - 1 TbspBlack Pepper corns - 1 tspsalt to tastelemon juice from half medium lemoncanola oil - 2 tbspSuji ( finely ground cracked wheat ) to be used as breading
Directions
1) Grind all the dry spices in a spice grinder or coffee grinder.
2) Add the spice blend to shrimps.
3) Add the lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp oil and mix
4) Coat cast iron pan/ grilling pan/ frying pan with 1/2 tbsp oil.
5) When the pan is hot, coat each shrimp with suji and put on the pan.
6) Cook one side, flip over and cook other side.
