Tilapia with grilled balsamic veggies & goat cheese

Ingredients
2 tilapia fillets1 tsp olive oil1/2 cup each red & green peppers1/2 cup red onion1 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 oz semi soft goat cheese
Directions
-lightly grease pan woth olive iol & place tilapia in pan
- on stove, lightly sautee peppers & onion in pan w/ olive oil for about 5 mins. remove from heat & stir in balsamic & pour over fish.
-crumble cheese over top & bake for about 15 mins
