Chicken Shiskabobs

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts- about 1/4 C soy sauce- 2 tbsp wheat germ- 1 tbsp honey- 1 tbsp sesame seeds- 1 large green bell pepper- 1C onion chopped- 1 can pineapple chunks
Directions
Cut chicken into small pieces, but big enough to fit on a kabob. Mix soy sauce, honey, wheat germ, and sesame seeds together and then add chicken. Let marinate for 1 hour.
Pre-heat oven to 350. Cut onion and pepper into about 1 inch squares. Begin placing your ingredients onto the skewers. Let bake for roughly 20 minutes. Serve with brown rice!
