Southwestern Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef arm roast, trimmed of fat2 tablespoons flour1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
Directions
Place beef in a slow cooker; sprinkle with flour and top with salsa. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Remove beef from slow cooker and place on a cutting board. Using two forks, pull beef into serving pieces; serve with sauce.
