Cheesy Tofu Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
1 (14 oz) House Foods Premium or Organic Soft tofu, drained1 (2 lb) bag frozen hashbrown, slightly thawed1 Tbsp dried minced onion1 tsp salt free seasoning blend1 tsp Kosher salt¼ tsp black pepper2 cups low fat sour cream2 cups low fat cheddar cheese2 Tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Directions
Preheat oven at 350F. Blend tofu, sour cream, and spices until very smooth. Stir in cheese and fold in potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
