Raw Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
1/2 head (approx.4 heaping cups) chopped cauliflower1 tbsp unpasteurized mellow white miso1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 avocado2 cup water1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Directions
Blend all ingredients except the Nutritional Yeast in a blender or food processor till well combined. I used my Food Processor.

The cauliflower will be like tiny little grains almost the consistency of grits. I have not done this in my blender yet so I don't know if the cauliflower will get broken down any further, I doubt it. The texture however is fine and satisfying because it gives you some substance. It is a very filling soup I think because of it.

When you reach your desired consistency stir in the Nutritional Yeast then blend again.
