*Avocado, whole, medium 1 serving = 1 medium whole avocado, 3 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 Italian tomato *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 small Serrano Peppers, 3 pepper Cucumber (peeled), .5 large (8-1/4" long) Lime Juice, 2 lime yields Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesblack pepper to taste (I used probably 1-2 tsp)garlic pepper to taste (I used about 1/3 tsp)salt (I used a pinch)cumin (I used a dash or two)
finely chop all veggies, season to taste with fresh black pepper, cumin, garlic pepper, and a hint of salt, and mix together for consistency of your liking, .
