1 can each Green Beans (I like the Italien Style), Cannoli Beans (white beans could be pinto) and Chick Peas (Garbonzos) One Tablespoon Olive oil, One teaspoon Vinegar and a teaspoon of Paprika
Directions
Open the cans, rinse the beans mix it in a bow. Serving size one cup. High fiber, High Protien
