Ingredients
1/2 cup Krusteaz Wheat & Honey Pancake Mix1/2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour2 Tbsp Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed1 scoop Protein Powder, Body Fortress Advanced Whey1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/3 cup Dried Cranberries1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts2 tsp Ground Cinnamon1 Egg, large1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1/4 cup water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together then
add wet ingredients and mix until combined well.
Put into min-muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees
for 20 minutes.
