Red Cabbage Sweet and Sour Soup

Ingredients
2 med Onions diced3 cloves Garlic minced1 can Campbells Ready to Use 25% Less Salt Chicken Broth2 tsp Chicken Oxo 6 cups thinly sliced red cabbage2 TBS Brown Sugar2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar1 large can tomatoes with juice2 apples peeled and diced
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add chicken broth, oxo and 6 cups water. Add cabbage, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Cook until cabbage is tender. Add tomates and apple, cook until apple is just tender.
