Buckwheat Pancakes (Post Workout)

Ingredients
1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour1/4 Fat Free Greek Yogurt1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce2 egg whites1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tbsp stevia
Directions
Mix all the ingredients with a wisk until there are no lumps. Heat a griddle and spray with cooking oil.
Pour 1/2 cup batter and make 4 pancakes. Flip when bubbles form. Enjoy with light pancake syrup.
