Homemade Easy Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large, choppedCarrots, raw, 2 medium, choppedOnions, raw, 1/2 large, choppedBeef, top sirloin, 3 piece, cooked, cut into small bite-size pieces (about 1/2 - 1 inch thick)1.5 cups White Rice (3 cups uncooked)Olive Oil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp3 cups of water
Directions
Add oil to large suate pan and heat, add sirloin and cook for about 5 minutes. Add vegetables and suate until onion is clear (approx 5 mins), add rice and water, salt and pepper, stir and bring to boil, cover and lower to medium low heat. Cook until water is evaporated, serve.
