Almond Flour/Cream Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)Eggs (2 large)Baking Powder (2 tsp)Almond Milk (2 oz)Almond Flour (1 cup)Egg white protein (1/2 cup) Note: the nutrition value is not included in the calculations)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and blend with wand mixer until well blened. Let sit for 5 minutes for the mixture to thicken. Heat a skillet and use a ladle to pour onto hot griddle.
Serves 4.

Topping ideas: butter, peanut butter, or whip cream and fruit (my favorite)
