Gluten Free Flour Blend for Breads

Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Rice Flour1 Cup Sorghum Flour1 Cup Quinoa Flour1 Cup Cornstarch1/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use a whisk to make sure all flours are evenly distributed. This recipe can be doubled or tripled. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
