Boil in Bag Brown RiceFrozen Spinach- 10 oz packageMushroomsOlive oilsalt pepperMrs Dash- Garlic BlendOnion Powder Don Pancho Whole Wheat Tortilla- 4Mexican Blend 2% Cheese
Boil Rice and Spinach Seperatly, saute mushrooms in half the olive oil. Once everything is cooked saute all together in remaining olive oil with spices. Seperate into four equal portions and place on tortillas. Separate Cheese into four equal portions and sprinkle on rice mixture. Wrap tortilla. Warm torillas in pan coated with non stick cooking spray.
