Ingredients: Lamb Shank, 10 oz (remove) Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Beans, black, 3 cup (remove) Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) White Rice, long grain, 4 cup (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
Sear the beef with bone in. remover from pan. add carrots, celery, and garlic and sweat slow.u to draw out the flavor. Once the vegies are soft carefully add the water and tomatoe paste. Bring to boil for about 15 min. then reduce to a simmer for 2 hour. At the end of the cooling process remove beef let cool and shred add back in .Then ad 3 cups of cooked or canned beans and 4 cup of cook long grain rice.
