Ingredients
3 c. Coconut Dream (unsweetened) 60 cal/cup3 tbsp dry tapioca1 eggpinch of salt1 tsp vailla1/3 cup Splenda
Directions
combine coconut dream (non-dairy coconut beverage), splenda, egg, tapioca and salt in a pot - leave for 5 minutes. Turn stove to med and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and wisk for about 10 minutes. Take off of heat and cover. Chill in the fridge and enjoy!
