Cabbage Roll Skillet

Ingredients
3/4 pound lean/extra lean ground turkey1 small onion, chopped1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp turmeric1 head cabbage, chopped or shredded1 15 ounce can low sodium tomato sauce1/2 cup uncooked brown rice2 cups low sodium broth (chicken, vegetable or beef) salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Brown ground turkey in large skillet with onion, paprika, turmeric and salt/pepper. Drain.
Add cabbage, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rice and broth. Stir and bring to a boil over high heat.
Cover, turn heat to low and simmer 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally, until rice is cooked and mixture has thickened.
