Peanut Butter Banana Avocado Sunflower Smoothie

2 medium Bananas1/4 cup fresh or frozen Pineapple1 medium Hass Avocado Hass6 dried Figs1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt1/4 cup Wheat bran2 Tbs creamy natural peanut butter
Put all the fruit in your blender (I use a ninja).
Measure out .5 cups of sunflower seeds and then grind them.
Add .25 cups of wheat bran for extra fiber!
Add 2 TBS of Natural Peanut Butter (I use Smuckers Natural).
Add some pure, soft water (reverse osmosis).
Blend until smooth.
Serving Size: 1 Large 3 cup Smoothie
