Low Carb/High Protein Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. Breakfast Sausage - regular, browned1 Medium Sweet Onion1 Large Red Bell Pepper1 Small Can Green Chiles2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese6 Eggs1 cup Bisquick (dry mix only)2 cups MilkTobasco (to taste)Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Brown sausage in skillet. When sausage is almost ready, add in diced onion and red pepper for a quick saute. In a bowl, scramble eggs and slowly add in Bisquick and milk. Here, you can also add in tobasco, salt, and pepper to taste. Layer cheese and green chiles on the bottom of a greased glass baking dish. Add sausage, onion, and pepper mix to the top of that. Then pour the egg/milk/Bisquick mixture over the entire contents of the dish. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
