Sweet Potato and Leek Soup

Ingredients
2 cups sweet potato4 tsp olive oil1 cup chopped onion3 garlic cloves1 cup sliced leeks1 tsp ginger4 cups fat free chicken broth2 tsp curry powder1 cup chick peas
Directions
roast chunked sweet potato (tossed with 2 tsp. olive oil) in oven. Saute leeks, onion, garlic and ginger in remaining 2 tsp oil. Process all in batches with chicken broth, heat with curry powder.
