Ricotta cake

Ingredients
900g ricotta cheese3/4 cup sugar4 eggs1 cup SR FlourOptional:1 large or 2 small bananas50g white choc chipsORRaisins etcOther fruit of your preference
Directions
Mix ricotta, sugar, eggs until smooth.
Add flour.
Add banana & choc chips (or other fruit etc).
Bake in 170 deg C oven for about 75 mins.
