8-9 Pork chopsSalt to tastePepper to taste2TBsp. oil2 10 3/4 oz. cream mushroom1 large onion sliced12 oz can evaporated milk
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Drain. Transfer to slow cooker
2. In separate bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, onion, and evaporated milk until smooth. Pour over chops.
3. Cook on High 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
Serving Size: 8-9 servings (1 chop per person)
